Player 2 runs to the side to recieve the ball from player 1, he turns feeds the ball back to player 3, player 3 feeds the ball back to player 1, as player 2 tries to intercept.

The worker recieves and returns a chest pass, then sprints to his left and returns a chess pass by batting it back.

Player R passes the ball to player N who then passes to player B, who then passes to player R, and so on and so forth until a player says 'Reverse', at which point the cycle of throwing will be reversed, ie: R,N,B,R,N,B "REVERSE" N,R,B,N,R,B,N,R,B

4 person Illinois Agility Test.
The reason why it will be done 4p is because it leaves absolutely no room to slow down and if you can't keep up you have to push yourself to not be shoved aside, which would ruin the routine. Somehow this will be effective.
